Born in France, raised in Brazil, Sophie has been leading for 16 years transformation projects whether for a territory, a process, a department or a business unit.
She has started her career within the Portuguese Government (Economic Division) at the time of the EXPO1998 in Lisbon as Responsible for the promotion of Portugal as a Foreign Direct Investment prime location, being successfully involved in the signature of some important French industrial projects namely in the automotive and aeronautical sector.
In 2002, she took the opportunity to embrace a more operational role, joining Alstom Power in Switzerland as Business Process Coordinator ensuring the interfaces in the critical components’ supply chain to answer the stringent customer’s requirements.
Since 2009, she has been working for ENGIE in Paris occupying various functions always focusing on improving the business quality, Customer orientation and sustainable performance of organizations by leading structural projects at European level.
Since she was relocated in the GCC in 2015 on a long-term leave, Sophie has been an active member of the International French School Management Board in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) before moving to UAE last year.
Sophie holds a Master Degree from Sciences Po Paris.
