Thanveer Musthafa

I began my career as a consultant at the age of 22, working for esteemed Engineering Consultancy firms such as KITCO (a Public Sector Unit) and Top Development Consult (TDC) in Saudi Arabia. My tenure at KITCO and TDC significantly shaped my professional growth, imbuing me with a diverse set of skills and experiences. Throughout my career, I have been involved in a wide array of tasks including design, project management, renewable energy initiatives, and energy management projects, spanning from conception to execution and maintenance. I have overseen projects ranging from INR 10 Lakhs to 100 crore, encompassing everything from aesthetic considerations to high-voltage disciplines. I vividly recall instances where I juggled over 50 projects simultaneously at KITCO, often fielding an average of 150 phone calls per day, with around 20 of those calls presenting significant challenges. These experiences truly allowed me to discover my capabilities and strengths. My passion for energy was ignited during this time, leading me to pursue certification as an Energy Auditor accredited by the Government of India. However, perhaps my most valuable assets were my extensive contacts and networks. With unwavering confidence in my abilities within the field of Energy Engineering, I ventured to establish my own company, PROLIANCE Energy Solutions LLC, in 2014, registering it as an accredited ESCO in Dubai which was among first very few companies to do in the energy efficiency sector. In 2018, the company was acquired by the Hansa Group of companies, and I now hold the position of company head. Running the company for 10 years and taking it from few AED 100,000 in 2014 to AED 100 million projects in 2024 marks my achievements. My current endeavors center around two primary missions: firstly, to elevate my startup, which began a decade ago, into a Unicorn enterprise by 2027, and secondly, to contribute towards creating a better world through a zero-emission initiative.
