EIT InnoEnergy, an entity-supported European Commission, is one of the first knowledge and innovation communities funded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT).

The EIT has selected InnoEnergy as the leading engine for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in sustainable energy in Europe. For achieving this goal, InnoEnergy is fostering the integration of the Knowledge Triangle (Education, Research & Technology, and Business Creation), positioning itself as the world´s Innovation Ecosystem in the Energy Sector.
