Iman Ustadi

Iman Ustadi is the UAE’s Chief Climate Negotiator at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She played a pivotal role in shaping the UAE’s climate strategy for COP28, including leading the energy transition pillar and co-developing the political framing around key areas such as a just energy transition and system-wide decarbonization pathways. Additionally, she is a member of the steering committee for the 2023 edition of UNEP's Emissions Gap Report, which aims to track progress in limiting global warming.
