Nadir Najjari

Nadir Najjari is a Senior Energy and Sustainability Specialist Consultant at Wood PLC and he is leading energy efficiency programs at ADNOC Distribution, a major oil and gas company headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Nadir plays a pivotal role in advancing energy efficiency initiatives, sustainability strategies, and decarbonization projects aligned with ADNOC’s ESG commitments and greenhouse gas reduction targets.

Currently, Nadir oversees key ESCO projects, including large-scale lighting retrofits across ADNOC service stations, aimed at delivering substantial energy savings and carbon footprint reductions. With deep expertise in energy management, AI-driven optimization, and renewable energy integration, Nadir contributes to shaping ADNOC’s long-term sustainability roadmap.

Previously, Nadir held leadership roles in business development and clean energy solutions, bringing over a decade of experience in energy performance contracting, project execution, and strategic partnerships across the CleanTech and environmental sectors.
