Elisabetta Baronio
Senior Program Manager, Khazna Data Centres
Elisabetta Baronio leads the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) function at Khazna Data Centers, where she drives the development and implementation of the company’s ESG strategy. Her work focuses on enabling the design, construction, and operation of more sustainable data centers across the UAE.
Elisabetta joined Khazna in 2024 after a decade in the footwear and apparel industry, where she managed Timberland’s Net Positive strategy, regenerative initiatives, and VF Corporation’s circular economy program across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
She holds an Executive MBA in Sustainability, Technology, and Innovation from ETH Zurich and the University of St. Gallen. Based in Dubai, Elisabetta lives with her husband and two children and enjoys spending time outdoors in nature.
