Alia Alikhan

With over 15 years of experience as a strategy consultant, including serving as Senior Director of Organizational Transformation, Alia Alikhan has a strong background in corporate strategy, sustainability, and executive advisory. She established FPI’s sustainability function, facilitated strategy development workshops for senior leadership, and worked as a Senior Consultant in Strategic Planning at CIBC’s Executive Office. Holding an MBA from the University of Toronto, Alia is passionate about aligning long-term strategic goals with execution-focused initiatives to drive measurable impact. She brings expertise in enhancing strategic alignment and operational effectiveness, guiding companies in integrating sustainability into decision-making, operations, and corporate culture, and strengthening corporate communications to refine messaging, increase visibility, and enhance engagement.
