Women in CleanTech

The event was hosted by the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service in the UAE, Canada’s Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE), and UAE’s Women in Clean Energy (WICE), part of the Clean Energy Business Council (CEBC). WiRE’s co-founder and CEO Joanna Osawe highlighted Canadian women's leadership in clean technologies and moderated a panel discussion with women champions. The event also built on the existing WiRE-WICE partnership agreement to further build Canada-MENA bridges for women-led and women-owned sustainability organizations.
